5 WEEKS TO A STRONGER SQUAT

Squat A Lot uses a 5 day per week full-body programming model primarily focused on building squat strength. However, you can expect to see some upper body strength/hypertrophy gains as well. With A.S. Prilepin as our guide, we will take a 5-week journey together to new PRs. No fancy gimmicks. No lengthy sales pitch. Just good ol' fashioned strength built with the KING of all exercises.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

We tried to use equipment that is commonly found in commercial/home gyms. However, when a less common piece of equipment (e.g., Trap Bar) is used, we provide alternative recommendations in the notes.
